What more can i do to live a christian life?
I'm in my teens, and im really interested in the christian religion. I really believe jesus died on the cross and i am christian. I'm always looking this stuff up. I actually think about it a lot. Everyday i actually look up stuff and questions i have about the bible. I try to pray, but what else can i do? It's hard to repent and stop doing it. I feel like when i'm with my friends i ignore the word of god which i dont want to do. What should I do? I feel like i'm way more religious then my friends. I kind of hide it from them actually.....What else should i be doing that it seems like i'm leaving out? Any christian forums i could join or something? And also im kind of scared for my family. I feel like i'm the only one who cares. My family is catholic, but i decided not to be catholic because they worship idols and pray to saints and mary....and they really dont apply any teachings. I'm probably a hypocrie, but how can i live my life the way god would want me to live? Atheist, you may not believe in a god, but i do, so really as you find christians annoying trying to convert people, dont do the same to me. I believe in a god, and whatever you post probably wont make me an atheist as you already probably know...so what is the point?

Why do atheist mock/criticize the christian life?
Last time I asked this people took it kind of personal and attacked. I am actually very curious and was not looking for criticism on the use of words I use. I would never ridicule someone for there own beliefs. Just kind of seems like they think they are above it.LOL It is easy. It's easy for anyone in any situation

Don't you think living an atheist life is much easier than living a christian life? although I have my Sunday's free, Don't you think that Atheists think for themselves, and are more open minded? eg, in the bible it says " Thou Shall Not Kill" but if you were living in Nazi Germany and you are hiding Jews in your home, but you lie to a Nazi you tell them your not, but Christan's have to tell the truth as " God" tells them to. What is your Christian life like?
I believe in God. Infact, I go to a Nazerene church. But, i'm not the best Christian. My problem with it is the cusing, disobeing parents, and perverted crap. Middle school is the WORST thing to happen to a person. Expecially with your relationship with God. Its been really hard for me, and I feel like i'm just drifting farther and farther away from him. What is your christian life like, and do you have anyway the helped you come closer to God?
